Nathalia: “Overall, as I think of my career highlights, I have found I’ve created a niche for myself in the communications & marketing at university art museums. And personally, I really do believe in DEIA and work to encompass that in my professional career, thus starting art workers, but also concentrating in museums that concentrate on non-Western art, such as the Pacific Asia Museum. We don’t have to delve too deep into that, but I do believe that if one finds a niche they can have more success in recognition for future opportunities and also career confidence (helping to combat the dredded Imposter Syndrome).”
