Come join us in our behind the scenes tour within Old Town San Diego State Historic Park!  Touring the McCoy Interpretive Center within Old Town San Diego State Historic park, EMP will take note of current exhibits and provide feedback from a visitor-centered perspective to strengthen connections to visitors and inclusive representation.

WHERE WE’LL BE

Our meeting location will be at the Colorado House (formerly known as Wells Fargo Museum) is located in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, we will meet here to hear from CA Parks staff on their interpretive program before heading to the McCoy Interpretive Center.

How to get there: From Parking lot A, walk the path that leads you to San Diego Avenue, then head North West until you meet the corner of San Diego Avenue and Mason Street, you will see the First San Diego Courthouse on your left and Washington Square (the green grass space) to your right. The Colorado House is the 2 story building beside the First San Diego Courthouse.

Free parking in State Park Parking Lots F & A. Arrive early to park as parking fills up fast.

The Caltrans parking lot is open to the public after 5:00 pm during the week and all day on the weekends. Just in case you need a helping hand finding the lot, here is a map to help.
